Welcome to the official website of the Alberta River Surfing Association (ARSA). The ARSA is an Alberta registered Not For Profit and was founded in 2005. The ARSA is recognized by Surf Canada as the Provincial Sport Organization for surfing. The ARSA builds, protects and improves river surfing waves in Alberta along with creating events, important information and further improving surfing in Alberta.
